    You wont be sorry you moved to a hx35. These turbos are designed to work 200k+ miles. Over worked and underpaid. They are designed to work 27-30psi range all day.

    My car surges with it plugged in. Idles fine with it unplugged. I have swapped 3 sensors and still does the same thing I cant figure it out. I left it unplugged cause its got me confused.

    First off I wouldnt personaly reuse the HG. Some guys will some wont. I dont want to do all that work and then have to do it again cause I rused a 125.00 HG. So valve steyem seal was the problem for sure. What is your PCV valve system look like?

    Same thing happened to me. I suspect something to do with there metal casting and the bolts that were using cause theme to seize. I used anti-seiz and still had the same problem. I final went T3 and said to hell with the POS housing.. Im so glad i went T3 so much more variety.

    Yes I broke NPXV. I have been on this tranny for a while now I knew that it was just a question of when. Mitsu spec on the input shaft is 0-0.05 end-play.. I believe I shimmed them .01 with the expansion of the heat from the case that should have gotten it with in the ballpark.
