How exactly would I check to see if I have oil in the water or water in the oil?

I know it has to be coming from this little twisty screw because I cleaned around the edges of it to make sure it wasnt coming from anywhere around it. It is leaking Green fluid from the threads of that screw if that makes any sense.

timing belt done at 81K according to the records the guy had and the Sticker on the belt shield (from an automotive shop) so thats ok. I check oils and replace with mobile 1 regularly, no Rust that i can see anywhere. Pretty clean if ya ask me!

i think you would be wasting your time with that small turbo. I would go with something at least slightly larger than your stock 1g turbo which the t25 is not.
