will a 89 mirage 1.6 turbo tranny work on my 91 gs-t

so i'm still having some problems with my car. i origonal had some boost leak issues. i fixed those and mt idle still surges and when i go to shift it takes a second for the rpms to come down. i already replaced my plugs. wires, and iac? so could ,y air sensor be bad?

I just pulled the turbo out of my 1G Eclipse and I was surprised to see that the number on the side of the housing is not TD04, but TD05H.
