I read that a while back. My 2g was fed from the OFH with no restricter. Any time I've ever seen an oil line from the head on a 2g it was an aftermarket application
If i still have my car i will be there. Right now my plan is to sell my car and buy a Tacoma. I've been kinda losing interest in cars lately....plus i need a truck.
There is a motel right up the street. If you were to take the turnpike there and get off at the morgantown exit you would pass it on your way to the meet on your right side. There are multiple caravans of cars coming in from all over so if you happen to be traveling down the road with about...
Well, you picked a good one to attend. This is basically the meet of meets for the year. Last year hundreds of cars and people showed up. Keep an eye out for me and don't be afraid to say hi, i have my red 2g with 18"ASA's and an evo fmic
I will be there again this year. I'm glad the location was changed to Morgantown as well. Not only is it 20 minutes from my house rather than over an hour, but like said above the space is enormous. Should be fun...i plan on getting there rather early so i don't have to deal with the insanity...
I am heading up to maple grove today. I was wondering if anyone else is planning on going. I've got my drag radials on for the first time already. I took it for a test drive and got absolultely NO TIRE SPIN. Which is a first for my GST.
I'll be there Aug. 9th....that is the best weekend for me. I'm going to the beach the following week. If you need me to supply anything just shoot me a pm.
I should be able to make it. We should set something up to get food and what not. Have people sign up to bring an item. Water, burgers, hot dogs, etc etc
I'm down. I'm from Coatesville....about 30 minutes from Reading. KOP is a good location, but is known for getting shut down by police. I would hate to have all these guys come from far away then have to turn around and go home b/c the mall cops are douchebags. I'm not too familiar with...
^brandt..where are you in Bristol? I'm turbo4g63 on tst. I used to live on New buckley street in bristol, right near warren snyder elementary school. I was the end row house facing lynch's body shop.
hold on....you're pushing 22psi on the stock t25? is that what you are saying b/c i'm confused. if you are that t25 isn't going to last long...plus i bet the boost drops to like 12psi by redline
just put stock size injectors in. If you plan on upgrading the turbo later on, thats when upgrading the fuel pump, FPR, and injectors comes into play. Say you were to go with a 16g or something close to that, then 550cc's will do the job. If you go bigger, like...a 50 trim minimum of 650cc's.
i'll update my profile in a bit.
I have a Walbro 190, stock FPR, Stock injectors
I haven't used a volt meter to check voltage yet...but i will now that you mentioned it.
I was actually gonna change my fuel filter the next time i do an oil change (very soon)
I have a MBC, but i havent tried...
i like dsm's better than most other cars for many reasons. how many other cars out on the road can you buy for less than 10k, put less than 3k into it, and run a 12 second 1/4 mile while getting more than 20 mpg. Hell, i drive my car well over 300 miles a week, and on my last fill up i got...
Here is what my CEL said as per autozone's diagnostic deviceDefinition
Fuel trim bank one (poss. safcII)Explanation
The powertrain control module uses the oxygen sensor to calculate the a/f ration of the engine. The computer has recognized a rich or lea condition in one engine bank...
i agree with all of the above...technically there is no break in period, but i just went easy for about 40 miles just to make sure i wasn't having any leaks, or flow issues
if this were to be a daily driver car like mine, i'd say go with the gst. you'll get a little bit better gas mileage. but if you want a track monster go awd. also if your area gets a lot of snow in the winter time awd ftw. i personally wish i would have gone with awd b/c my car sucks in the...
I am active on my local forums, but just never joined here. I've had my car for about 4 years now...so far i took it from bone stock at 193whp 210wtq to 241whp 225wtq with some mild bolt ons and no tuning. So far i just have a big 16g, fmic, tbe, walbro pump, and some other supporting mods and...
its too bad you are running that kinda bov and not a greddy, b/c my greddy upper intercooler pipe is coming off next weekend. i'm running a b16g w/ a front mount and i'm putting a different intercooler in and switching it over to short route piping.i would recommend getting a walbro fuel...
JNZ tuning. its in hatfield. imo they are the best around for dsm's. Where abouts in west chester do you live. i work in WC at A Duie Pyle trucking on westtown rd?
i am in Coatesville, about an hour away from Allentown...i know a guy that lives in allentown...maybe you've seen him around, he drives a non turbo red eclipse, wingless, black wheels and a CF hood. the car is a total pos, constantly broken, i've been trying to convince him to get rid of it for...
