Im sure its decently loud, but that amp wont put out even half of that 4000 watts, and the subs are in a sealed box in the middle of the car. A pair of 12s in a correctly built and placed box could easily be just as loud.

You dont need a vice to take the wastegate apart. Just keep pressure on the top until all of the screws are out and then carefully let up on the top.
