This problem has been officially resolved! The problem ended up being a miswired fuel pump rewire kit. Instead of using the black with white stripe wire i used the yellow with blue stripe wire. Thus i was giving 14 volts to the fuel position sensor....Let this be a lesson ALWAYS triple...

Replace everything that has been in contact with the particles, depending on how bad if the particles got into the intake manifold, it might be game over. Also I would drain the oil, replace the oil filter, at the very least clean everything thoroughly it can only help =).
Yea if some of the valves look new then those were the bent ones and the others are the old ones left in there. I bet the old valves still have the old valvestem seals on there, that would be the first place I would check to find the oil burnage.
