I think i would be hard to tune e85 on a safc as you need atleast 1000cc inectors casue with e85 you need atleast 30% more fuel than with regular gas. And being that safc max is like 650s and to try and get an extra 30% out of it, your idcs would be through the roof.

thats a ruff question to answer casue your hp and tq numbers will vary pending your tune. So there is really no way to tell you casue you can have a bad tune and it will hurt your perfomrance. Your best bet is just to go get a good dyno tune. Those number wont matter until there on paper.
I would lean more towards your wastgate. I would check and see if its stuck open, or if it is sticking open.Also it would not be your intercooler piping casue you would have found a leaky coupler when you did your boost leak test.

I should bounch back and forth at idle in closed loop operation cause the ecu is working to get the perfect a/f ratio. It should read rich on acceleration and lean on decel.
Not that bad its got a decent low idel. I have the Apexi n1, so if you ever heard that. Its a nice and deep tone at idle, but really wakes up at wot. I like it for the deep tone the it gives it. It helps it from crakling up at higher rpms on decleration so it dont sound like a honda.

Well at idle perfect or stoich. is 14.7. Other wise 12.5 is to lean to be out and getting into the turbo. You wanna stay around 11.1. if not a little richer to be safe. Depending on your tune of course.
