Dont do it !!!! I had a bbk tb and the shaft was completly shot after about 10K miles try an infiniti Q45 TB They bolt up without a lot of trouble and I think its a 90mm TB

I would first go and pick up some Mass air flow meter cleaner im sure its no more then $3 or $4 CRC Makes some thats what we use here at our shop. Try that out and if it doesnt work change the air filter check the wires leading to sensor.

you could also I tighten your bov up a little bit mine flutters when its to lose, there should be a little bit of flutter when its not at full boost but it should be the full trumpet sound <- (thats what they call the type rs sound) at full boost. Unfortunately The type rs isnt a very reliable...

Yeh the guys who were doing my windsheild didnt come till about 5 so i wasnt gonna try to drive with it only being in for 2 hrs my luck it would have fell out lol. Next week if my oil pump doesnt go and cause my motor to blow ....

Im running into the same problem were at a low idle or whenever im cruising under 2500rpms and let off the gas the oil light will come on and sometimes its not even like a steady glow its a constant flicker like something is lose...I got under my car to see if maybe my oil pan was leaking...

yeh i gotta open this one back up ... i orginally had a bbk throttle body on my gsx but it had so much shaft play in it ... yes i said shaft play the whole thing had space around the butterfly and it was junk so we put the stock one back on and now my car lopes up to 2k and I can't boost past...

well my gsx is an auto so I dont have a clutch ... also quick question im not sure which lite the guy in the previous post was referring to but i am only getting the little orange lite in the acutual cruise control switch i dont have anything in the cluster liting up.

I for one just went through this not 3 or 4 weeks ago with my gsx, I went with AEM TruBoost, AEM EUGO, and I have a cheap oil pressure Gauge. Not to knock on the less expensive stuff but your gonna want something with a pretty accurate layout of numbers and readings depending on what your doing...

I have very little to no knowledge about AEM EMS except its one of the best Engine managment systems out there also its very pricey, alot of the tuning shops around here where I live prefer people to have it simply becuase I guess if you have used it once its not hard to figure out...

Other then the forged crank isnt it true that he wont need a 6bolt ? I thought people only swapped 6bolts into 2g's is to aviod crank walk .... So honestly the 16G is the better way to go I think.

I personally have a GSX and my first time running at the track I ran a rediculus 16.6 ...? I have an automatic transmission, also when I took it down the track I only had upper intercooler piping and blow off valve now I have way more mods now. My only problem is launching it ... IDK what to do...

Im having the same problem with my 1998 GSX I just had a new throttle body put on about 4 weeks ago and my cruise control hasnt worked since.

Im not sure the White 2G had J-N-Z Tuning on one of its windows either the front or back I only saw him twice.

Just lookin for the White 2G and Green 2G with the 35R.

The only electronics i have in the car is AEM Wideband, AEM TruBoost an Apexi turbo timer and Apexi SAFC II but the SAFC isnt hooked up.

I just got my car back from the shop and they had mounted and installed the SAFC II and attempted a tune with it but they said it would dump fuel and stall out everytime they tried to make an adjustment. Im looking for a dsm'r who has or knows how to tune with SAFC II its much appreciated I have...
