Mine always tapped in easy. When i removed the old ones i heated them up a little and removed them with vise grips, I twisted them back and forth till they came out. You can not clamp them to hard or they will break. I think they are called aliment dowels.
with the portfueler. a map is for one set of injectors and b map is for the other set. if both are not tuned (copy and paste map a to b) the other 2 cylinders will go lean and pop the motor.
