i run 9 4in my cars. i run 94 everyday in my 79 camaro i drive now. its all personal preference. compare the numbers between the 2 and go form there. i think 94 runs cleaner and performs better in my opinion. but again, its up to you

420a to 4g63 swap has never been done to my knowledge. the whole mounting setup on the chasis for the motor is different. i wouldnt try to do it unless oyu have money to burn and want to be the first to have done it
mavisky has a article on putting a turbo on the n/t block and it shows the provision for the knock sensor he used on the n/t block. other then that youll be fine without squirters.get the internals balanced and youll be fine.
i agree once you line bore it youll be fine, the aftermarket main caps are expensive and nto needed unless you have a serious engine goin on.check ebay and dsmtrader, you should find em pretty easy
