    OFH differences

    1G filter housing. Are the passages, bolt locations, etc ALL the same between 6 bolt and 1G 7 bolt OFH's? The gaskets are all the same (can be used on all three) so what, besides the location of the sensors, is different on WATER COOLED OFH'S for the 1Gs?

    Agreed with the above, check your coolant temp sensor. I'd also pull your plugs and see if they are infact firing and or are wet. If they are wet, hit them with a lighter to dry them out, and try again.

    Rough Idle/Smells Rich

    Vacuum leak as well can cause a rich condition.Really quick way to tell if you have a vacuum leak is to grab a propane torch without lighting it, turn it on and move it around your throttle body area/vacuum lines. If there is a change in RPM, you'll know where the leak is!

    If the fuel pump turns on when your car cranks, your CAS will be fine. If you have a CEL on, pull the codes and reference your FSM to find out whats broken.You can also pull your CAS out, turn the key on, spin the CAS by hand and see if your plugs fire.

    My guess is you didn't rack the exhaust cam 1 tooth off (Clockwise) and when the tensioner did its thing AFTER you adjusted your tensioner pulley (Which I hope you did correctly, the 2 holes should be at 9 and 12), your exhaust cam racked and you are now off by 1 tooth.Check your timing marks...
