Does anyone have any suggestions for insulation spray or layering for a gutted car?

I have a 1991 mighty max that has a 4g64 sohc 8 valve. I need to know where I can get a head gasket that can fit my head considering that I had the block honed .5mm so that the 1g pistons could fit. The measurement for the cylinders is 87mm now. Can anyone help me?
