not overheating, already did a boost leak test all good there, and ya boost guage says 11-12 psi, most of the time i cant hit 5 psi tho cause it starts acting up

4g63 n/t and 4g63 turbo bottom end and block are the same.. crank is the same.. in order to turbo a n/t 6 bolt block you have to change the rods, and pistons...

check starter.. good way to see if its the starter is take a long extention or pipe and reach down between the battery and intake and hit the starter while someone cranks it.. sometime the selonoid gets stuck and you have to "hit" it to free it up..
using a n/t 6 bolt block is the same as a turbo 6 bolt, no squirters, i built a n/t block with turbo 1g rods, and top line turbo pistons, turbo head cams etc... it held up under 25 psi boost and ran so good that i just got done building another one.... block is identical, just change the rods...
is the 91-92 4g63 galant head the same as 1g 4g63 eclipse head?o.. i found it never mind they look to be all the same if its 4g63 only diff is 6 or 7 bolt and cams....?

i see what you are asking, sort of, i have 550 cc injectors, and according to my logger, i am at 112% duty cycle at 22 psi.. they are over maxed... i need 650's lol
if no welding experience then i suggest buying a kit for your car. ebay has kits but watch for those cheap "silicone couplers" and clamps.. spend the extra for the good stuff
Intake Cam Will Have The "lobes" Of The Cams In Different Locations Than The Exhaust Cam.. This Is Something I Would Not Try Unless You Have A "good" Extra Head.. (bent Valves) It Would Prob Be Cheaper In The Long Run To Just Get 272's
assuming these are stock turbos, s16g= good power faster spool & increased boost over 14b and 500 cfm air flow, big 16g= slower spool than s16g, more boost than s16g, 550cfm air flow, evo3 16g= slighty slower spool than the other 2, and pretty much the same as big 16g but bigger compressor...
you could make your dump pipe from your wastegate longer.. route it down and along the downpipe, the longer you make the dump pipe, the quieter it will get, it wont be completely quiet, but it will deaden the sound some..
i would turn up the boost but get a safc or something like that and get it tuned.. tuning is everything!! then turn up the boost and launch hard.. should run low 13's and take the 18's off.. there is just not enough flex in those tires.. they will just spin awd or not..225 50 16 tires...

here i sone for you guys... i got a friend that wanted to do the dodge garage mod to his bov but didnt want to ruin it if he messed up.. so he took a CRUSHED 1g bov and did the d-g mod to it. this thing is bad.. it releases fast and holds about 32 psi from a 50 trim.. he runs it at 24 psi daily...
you should not street race.. my buddy and i wrecked his 10 sec. car while we "were getting in it" the other day.. we were not even racing, but someone pulled out in front of us and crash bam boom... dont do it... too much at risk...
i am having a problem with my wastegate staying open.. i have external dump pipe o2 and i can hear it like i have and exhaust leak at idle.. also my car was set at 19lbs boost with old turbo and only goes to 15-16 with wastegate problem.. what should i do??

ok so here is my deal.. i have a 1991 eclipse fwd turbo..i did a 5 speed conversion to it. since doing that, i get a "raking" or grinding when going from 1st to 2nd, and from 3rd to 2nd.. no other gears do it..also if i drive slow and normal, (not getting in it) it wont grind, but if...
