Check the puck-up. It might be bent back. When going down a hill or decel the oil will go to the front. Causing the engine to starve of oil.

'95 is obd I. In '96 they changed to obd II. Different plug.

Was the oil level low?

There is a small leak at my injectors. I'm going out today to get new o-rings. Would that small of a leak make the car run this bad?

Its not the coil, I put another one in and it still does the same thing.

Could it be the coil? Because I checked the CEL code and it said the coil was bad.

The only benefit to recirculating a bov is that it would make your car run right. It was made to recirculate. Your probly running rich between shifts now. Unless you have a MAF-T and GM MAF now, then it should be running right.

A 2g n/t has a chrysler engine, The motor mounts and wiring harnesses are completely different, doing a 420a to 4g63 engine swap would be extremly hard and expensive.
