well the car seems to run real good. Maybe it is just phantom knock, but its still pulling my timing. I have a keydiver chip with a stock 2g timing map on it. Any way to see if its just phantom knock?
I have my stock boost guage set to read knock. When I'm cruising in 4th(auto) and hit some low boost (5psi) trying to speed up, I notice that its getting some knock. Any ideas?
Anyone running this turbo? Hows the spool up on a 2.0? I looking to keep a dsm exhaust housing so that it will bolt up to my fp mani. I used to run a 2.3 with the fp3065. I just want to see how this turbo would be on a 2.0 .no body ever ran one? Not too much actual data on it.
Do you have to remove the radiator to remove the ac condenser? I never really looked at it closely when working on my car. Whats would be the easiest way?

Will do. Just another thought. A couple of the plugs that go on the injectors cracked. I was still able to get the plugs on but they dont clip in anymore. If one happened to get loose, would the injector be stuck open and shoot fuel in or would it not work and have no fuel go through it?
yea, i dont get pressure until I start cranking. My car always had trouble starting after it sat for a couple hours. It would just want to die and I could smell raw gas. But my oil would akways be good. This just started a week ago.

I have my chip set for 750 rpm idle. Im trying to set it for 1000 so that I have higher oil pressure at idle. I adjusted the BISS by turning it out and it seems to hold at 1000 but sometimes surges. Do I need a new chip for 1000 idle so that it will idle right?

I need to repaint my side view mirrors. I got some black and clear spray paint made for autos. Is it easy to remove the mirrors or should I just tape up and paint them on the car? How should I sand it to prepare the surface? I never really painted body parts:p
I also just changed mine. Yes, you should replace the gasket. They're not too expensive. I had no problems with breaking the studs. Maybe spray to pb blaster if your worried.
