may sound stupid, but I had something similar happen. Is the rubber sleeve over the shift linkage holding on? the crimp on mine broke so shifting into reverse wasnt happening. a quick change of a new clamp to hold the rubber piece still fixed it all.

get some of the headlight/taillight tint film and try that, ive been thinking about it in my TT. The stuff is more like clear paint protection film than window tint. it'll peel right off if you need it to, and wont scratch or anything.
My dsm was going to be built to be perfect-showroom finsh, cant really tell whats done to it unless you know DSMs in and out...but after getting the TT,ive learned no DSM will ever be as nice...DSMs will always have rattles and weird noises and be a little more on the rough side...compared to an...

We need to setup a meet at my shop sometime...my parking lot can hold about 20 cars out back, even more if i open the shop doors open. Our meets never end up with more than 7 or 8 cars anyways. lolBy the way...if we have the meet next weekend...Sunday is my birthday!!!
i had the same issue doing my roof, but i believe our problem is painting something while its flat, like the roof or the hood. I can paint anything PERFECTLY with a spray can, as long as its not something i cant have turned upright. lol
Plastidip is stronger than you think, when you do enough coats.I have my wheels, bumpers, and roof rack done on my All Trac...and i run it through a full service car wash every weekend-after about a month, it it still 100% flawless.

On a 2b Talon, 1 of the best intercoolers that will not involve cutting the opening bigger yet get full access to the incoming air, is the ETS kit. It also allows the oem fog lights to stay one.its pricey. At least in my book. The VRS kit also is pretty nice on the talons, only minor...
