That should be pretty straight forward, except the 95-96 and 97-99 cam angle sensors are different. All I had to do to put the 95 Eprom in my 97 was change around the spark plug wires. Although if your using a 95 ecu with a 96 motor you shouldn't have to change anything then.
Got mine from XSPower last year, it's huge and blocks the radiator bad though. The short route piping is awsome! Nice enough t-bolt clamps, decent couplers too.
Wow, Nice photos 4G63 Girl. You must have a heck of a nice camera.

A few of my favorite's
I had to fix my car in a hurry on no money and put a Pro Topline on it. It's working just fine, but I'm not going to go past 16psi of boost to find out what happens. Anything the guys have already said will be fine for a daily driver that won't be taking any punishment.
Yea, unless bunches of new body shops spring up to save all our old rusted unibody cars. They'll restore them for our retired aces to drive up to the square in, and sit around and talk about the good old days at the local car show. - Then they'll be classics.
Well if you don't mind used, Ebay has them come up for about 20 bucks. It also depends on what brand you buy. Advance has one for 70 and one for 90 I think. You can check their sites. Advance Auto, Napa, Autozone etc. JZNTuning is great for cheap real mitsubishi OEM stuff.
If your looking for better performance check out the tech/diy section. It has step by step mods that are proven to work. I would highly recommend it. Have you heard of someone doing his before? Sounds very ........different. To be sure. Can you tell us more? With a DSM, first mods are getting...
Of course as with any part of the air system, running as big as you can with the least restriction will see you the best hp gains. 3" would be great as long as you can shoehorn it into your engine bay. I'm planning to run 2.5" on my front mount this winter when I get around too it, 3" will be...
If you read on their website, some people used to call in saying their link was stolen. So they just wanted a cable. After a few times of this, they had to quit selling just the cables, because that basically is what DSMlink is. The software is free. I downloaded the software, now I just need...
Alright thanks, I have a different starter coming I bought from the classifieds here cheap, so I'll check out the wiring at the same time. I thought it sounded like a ground too, it's like a phantom problem. It turned over today just fine at least three times. The car has almost 140,000 miles on...
My car decides to not start at various times. I took it to Advance Auto and the battery and alternator are good. The first time it happened, it tried to crank then died. I can hear the fuel pump is working, but the starter makes no noise. If I disconnect the positive and negative cables for a...
I bought my car a year ago with a blown motor. When I got the new one in I put on a new Greddy BOV. The car would just fall on its face at 7 psi. My friends helped me put in the motor, but they new less about a turbo system than I did here in farm truck superswamper land. So we decided to have...
I've had my SSAutoChrome Evo3 for a year now and have had no trouble. I ran a 14.196 at 97mph at Norwalk, which is really slow to me but it was my first time at the track too. The kit had everything I needed except I had to pitch the oil feed line. It was a hard line piece that only half fit. I...
Most shops don't know what a turbocharger is. Heh. But you can just ask around. If your going to be there a couple days, you could always buy a new turbo and have it express shipped. Depending on your situation it might be a good road. Is it the stock turbo? Might be time for an upgrade! Its all...
I bought the TopLine upper kit from SBR and it's working just fine. My block is borred out and the TopLine gasket will work with a standard overbore. I am however running stock injectors at stock boost, and don't have plans to crank up the boost before I get a better HG put on. Just needed to...
It has to work, cause I'm swapping my 97 ECU for my brothers 95 EPROM. He's such a good guy. Saves me a bunch of cash. Now I just need 600 bucks for the link! hehe. Now, my friends 91 manual had a 92 auto ECU in it and it didn't start. Don't know if it was because of the different injector...
I tried to use the oil supply line that came with my Ebay Evo 3 kit. (I know its crappy but it's still working) The hard line that came with it I had to mod to work. I had to use half the new line and half the OEM line. So after a week of that, I bought a SS line from Road Race Engineering, it...
Have you checked for any boost leaks? I know I was loosing power and acting really weird at higher RPM's after one of my hose clamps came loose. Always something good to check no matter what, and you can make a boost leak tester for like three bucks!! hehehe. Just get a pvc cap and a valve stem.
