The seals in your turbo could have went out. That happened to my stock turbo and i replaced it and it quit smoking. But im sure it could be something else too

I've been painting for a while and i've put atleast 3 usually 4 or 5 coats of clear on all of my paint jobs. More clear makes a deeper appearance in the finish. it just takes a lot of practice to get it to not run past 2 coats. Anymore than like 6 coats though will orange peel and usually bubble...

Andy's idea is definately the easiest, and probably the best, but to make it a little bit easier, you should take a torch to the TB and heat it till it starts to glow a little, and that will expand the metal, and make it a lot easier to take out.

I know that this is an old post, but i've got a few questions. First off, how did you get those stupid needles off of the gauges? Second, did you sand off the orange, or did the blue just shine straight through it? And last of all, how do you get that snowflake a/c button out of the HVAC?

I have the same shifter. That "unknown" piece is a bearing. It does fit into it, but you'll have to beat it in with a hammer. Once you get it in far enough to start the nut onto the bolt, you can just screw it the rest of the way in.

Ok, so i got one of these boxes on ebay for my subs. It takes up the whole hatch and covers up the spare tire hole, and I think it looks pretty good. Well i asked for a setup with 3 12" and ported, and when you get it ported, he makes the box like 6 inches closer to the back seat...don't ask...

You could use these for the switches. Since they come with the resistors already attached, all you have to do is shave them down to make them fit into the little holes the factory bulbs went...

Well, if you change your mind and decide to keep a/c, i'm pretty sure its only the clutch assembly inside the compressor, because that's what was wrong with mine. I replaced it and haven't had a problem since.

I put mine on the rear bumper supports, and it don't look too great. Its way too visible. I can see the whole bulb. Definately try the spare tire compartment. and also do what zachakagoat said, get something that reflects light, it'll look a lot better.
