Punch and Pie!There is probably only 2 people that know the real story, but thats between them. I know most and I will not drag it into here, as well as tell anybody that asks me because it is not my business.
I run a dbb pt67, i don't really think the bb is worth the money, i got a ball bearing cause when they 1st came out they where hella cheapwww.turbotime.us is where i got all my PTE turbos
Yes it will. You have to cut one of the pins, I forget off hand which one it is. You can find it on AEM Forums. On the 5 speed its a ground and on the auto its a power wire or something like that.I can't wait for my auto be done. Its sporting a pt67 dual bb, fully built 2.0 motor and head...
we got a couple laying around also, but the real fun comes with my pte turbo that just came curtosey of www.turbotime.usalso pte has restrictors built into the chra as wellpt 67 dual bb
on a 35r bolt up up at slow boy i made 501 whp at 29psi, still on an internal gate (which was horrible to use on this turbo). stock 2g head, just cams and and intake manfold with dsm link. you can make 600 at the wheels easy if you tune the car good enough.
I ran 12.0 @ 119 way before the 500 whp tune. with a blown headgasket pushing lots of coolant i went 12.0 @ 125. i just never had enough passes to learn how to drive, when i trapped 125 i was trying to shift at 9k and it just wouldn't go in gear which killed my et. it had the setup to go low...
somebody buy my slicks and skinnies, so they can continue the fwd tradition. since i am parting out my car, i also have a set of d2 coilovers that are custom done with 700# rear springs, no squating makes the car hook hard. i used to launch on 20psi of boost with dsm link. best of luck to all...
somehow i got away with only paying 100 a night a best western with taxes, booked it in like jan though right when it was 1st announced.I had a lot of fun, but yeah some people's antics got a little ridicolous, I drank every night till 530am, but i was being quiet, walking in and out of my...
Him and the guy with the orange conquest at the shootout are brothers. They do all the paint work, and body work and fab work. they can turn out some crazy shit. they are from Uniontown, PA.
its harsh to say the least, but i still drive it on the street all the time. my 1g gst is my dd but i still drive this one to work when its nice out. it bounces a lot, and makes my kidney's hurt lol but i never drive over like 10 miles to get anywhere in town so its not that bad. i ran...
Thanks to the speedfactor for the hookup :thumb: and to martin for helping me out with the custom rate for my fwd drag car13k in the rear a near 750 lb springjacked up to fit the 26" tall slicks (hopefully)
1g rods on 2g pistons are a great combo to hold mid to low 500whp. its been proven time and time again. even al blaha back in the day with his fp red and running mid 10s had 2g pistons on 1g rods
well let us know when you break that tranny, cause it sounds like you got it all figured out!but your motor will probably pop 1st is my bet, seems like you don't have a clue what is going on
more like you can't know anything until he puts a boost gauge on it.... there is NO telling what boost its at, "sky high" could be 10psi or it could be 50, 5, whatever its all based on tps and rpms
copper antisieze from autozone, advanced, napa etc. good for 2000 degrees, been using it for about 4 months now with pulling my turbo and manifold about 5 times since then for various things, never had a single problem since using it
most of the dsm shops that sell an install kit sell something much nicer. it mounts the fpr on the firewall in most cases and comes with enough -6AN line to put it where you want it to if you don't want it there. This kit just comes with a 90 bend off the fuel rail outlet which isn't going to...
