Old cams were Comp 100, -2 -2. Did not try moving the S3's around yet. 10:1 2.0, mild porting, stock intake with custom plenum, FP3052. This is on a stock calibration Mustang MD500. The corrected numbers are Dynojet equivalent.
A lot of new changes from last year including bump steer and roll center, 255/40/17 star spec II's up front, recirc'd Tial MV-S so I don't have to let off going by the sound meter , added 3 degrees caster up front, rear wing, rear undertray, brake cooling deflectors, PFC01 pads, full...
I wanted to do all the subframe bushings in my car, but didn't want the hassle of dropping it down. Using a pair of screwdrivers and WD40 the stock bushings popped out with a bit of muscle.I installed the standard Energy bushings, but only the lower piece and then doubled up the washers...
Direct bolt on to the stock tie rods and I used tapered pins so no drilling of the steering arm. Rod end is a 3/4" instead of the typical 5/8. Overkill but should last a long time with a Seals-it dust boot on top.
Modded my control arms for an extra 3 degrees of caster. Still need to clearance the front plastics a little, but the difference in steering feel is amazing.
Not sure if this is 'custom fabrication' enough... just drill and tap work.
NT thermostat housing, bead blasted and painted. Sensors relocated to the rear, ECU coolant temp needs a 3/8 female x 1/4 male adapter to keep the heater core connection. Thanks to EclipseOwner95 for the idea...

While my transmission is apart, I'm adding fittings to direct the returning oil to specific areas. After ruling out an internal spray bar setup, the next best thing seems to be splitting the return line on a manifold like this:The reverse lock bolt conveniently points to 2nd gear on the mesh...
92 Laser AWD, bolt on 50 trim, pump gas with methanol spray. Comp 100 cams, 680 injectors, stock intake/tbody/unported head, 9:1 bottom end. Stock ECU with DS-MAP and 3.5 bar AEM map sensor. 225/45/17 Sumitomo HTR-Z's spinning first and 2nd gear. We were racing on the first day after Mission...
