no worriers, 6% is about the max you want to run threw the systems. Most people will only run about 3% and still get good gains.

With mild steel even straight methanol is going to cause rust. Any moister even a rainy day and its going to rust.

the switch can handle the load no problem. The reason for the relay is so that the juice the pump draws is pulled from the battery not directly from the ignition. And also to make sure the ignation is on so the system does not turn on with the car off.

I would still recomend running a 50/50 mix of water methanol. I would run 1 pump and Y it off and run one nozzle right after the compressor and then put the other nozzle near the tb.You can still run meth on a car running E. Meth does help solve some of the issues of E cars .

yes if you are running larger than a do3 nozzle than the acutall pressure in the system will lower with nozzle size. Everyone is always asking about adjusting the pumps adjuster and i say it does noting and people don't understand.

There is more to the pump than the pressure switch rating. The deg of the cam has alot to do with output in the uper flow numbers.Most all 100psi pumps will get to about 3gph and start loosing pressure from there on down to 50psi pretty quck as most have a smaller cam than the 150psi...

yea you can run to big. Its pretty common for people to run to big and as a bandaid just run more methanol in the mix and pull fuel out to make the a/f straight out. If you keep it at a 50/50 mix and you run to large of a nozzle you will know it by having a bog or loosing power.
