ok i get the timing marks aligned on the cam gears perfect dowl pins strait up go to put the belt on and it wont go on both gears it will go on one but it will just sit on the other gear like it needs to be moved over so the belt will sit on the gear. if i get the belt on both gears my marks are...
you dont have to remove the motor it just drops out the botom of the car just make sure you mark the sterring coulum where it seperates and dont turn your sterring wheel while its out of the car.

Not sure about the first picture, but the connector in your 2nd picture is for your ac clutch and the connector in your 3rd picture is for your coil pack.
The kit says the upper inter cooler pipe is sold separately. Im pretty sure if you bought a uicp from them they have different flanges on their pipes that you can get.
The data loger cable is a 9 pin serial, the port on your computer is a 15 pin for an external monitor or projector. I had to buy a 9 pin serial to usb adapter you can get them at radio shack or off the net.
Check and make sure all your bell housing to motor bolts are tight ive had those come loose on me before and it was doing the same thing. Also check to see if your shifter linkage cable bracket is loose.

i ran 20 psi on a motor that had 160,000 on it and nothing happend until i got fuel cut, but did he put the berring in right and use plastigauge to check the berring clearence.
I just got my engine back from the machine shop and i noticed that one of the balance shaft berrings is bad and needs to be replaced but i dont have to tool to do it. do you need the tool to perform the task or can you do it another way. any tips will help

If your car jerks when you are at high rpm with an upgraded turbo running more then stock boost your computer detects higher boost reading and what it will do is shut off the fuel and the spark to the motor causing to jerk or jult. hopefully this will help with your question
I dont know the limits of a 1gen maf, but consider doing a GM maf swap u can mount it after your turbo or bov for a push through setup. its alot let restrictive. you can get a GM maf sensor almost at any junkyard and buy a translator for it for about $200...
