    Yup, wasnt sure if he was in mm or sae... Read as " first, but wanted to make sure.Can you take a measure off the head at idle, theres a port that sits next to the turbo feed on the head. See what you sit at, giving it some thottle too

    So your running the stock oil pressure switch on the front of the OFH? or you have the idiot oil switch? Can't really see it from the pic, is it a big round sensor about 1-3/4 in dia? or small about 1" in dia?

    .25 is a 1/4" even .025 is huge.... Most of the time oil gap is only .001 My point is if the gap is to big on rods and mains, you'll never see good oil pressure.

    I have seen in a few 6 bolt ofh a difference up to 10psi in the different ports, but i have yet to see that in the 7 bolt ofh.

    Very true, depends on the clearances you're using in the build. I know people, including myself that use 30 straight up for the break-in period

    I have to ask, but what are you using for Oil psi sensors? Two different sensors or you tapped the Ecu for the Prosport. And if your using a second sensor, where do you have it?Also didnt see a Picture of the thrust bearing, how are the sides of that one?

    Been doing these motors for a long time, and yes we are talking about tenths when you measure.Now are we going to help this kid or keep bugging over how to measure something....Anyways have you pulled the motor out yet?

    The right way is measure it and do the math... Plastigauge is an ok way to do it, but allows cleance issues when building race motors. IN a daily beater, No problem

    Sounds like they are not the right seals for the Job. Are they fitting tight to the fuel rail? Are you smelling/seeing any gas on that side of the head

    I believe it's a 10x21 banjo bolt, part number MB082326, it's about 5 bucks for it. Don't forget a new chush washer for it.Have you replace the brake lines for it yet? or big brake?-Clint-

    That is it, maybe the connector came off on yours. But you're looking for a black/yellow that trips the starter solenoid; And from the other end(connector) is 12v only on start.

    Yup, that is so true... I was assuming before the ECU was replaced already, like so many of us have done already. But it's not uncommon for even a rebuild one to die time to time.

    I wouldn't spend the money on that block setup... Better off getting the other stuff first, i.e. link or safc/injectors/exhaust/255/etc. There are stock block setups pushing 350hp with the right tune all day long.

    sounds like a surge issue, but the one thing I have found with the "cheaper" turbos is there not even close to being balanced right.

    I had something like that in my 91 tsi and it turned out to be the Alt. & Battery. But all my gauges where flipping out, not just boost. The CEL would stay on for a bit, because of the other sensors where flipping too.

    All jokes aside - both systems are ok, but not very reliable. You can still stay in that price range and go with a AUDIOVOX PRESTIGE system. I have installed many of these and had no problems with them. Feel free to hit me up if you have any other questions, I have been MECP for many years...

    Same thing...lol So does the relay trigger, power coming to the coil side of the relay (pin 7). I assume there is no power coming into pin 3 on c-63 plug (mpi relay plug)
