I would recommend to stay away from cheapy eBay projection headlights. Often enough it'll be difficult to align the light beam.

You might not have the rubbing issue if you stick with smaller than a 245 tire

Thicker oil might cause longer start up times in the cold. Also oil on driver side? Is that by the crankshaft pulley, if so main bearing seal possibly. Headlight problem could be a bad bulb or ballast or even connection.

Did you put in a new release bearing when you did the clutch. The pressure plate didn't have any major heat marks or signs of wear?

Looks like that could be rod or main bearing material. Pull the pan and check oil pump pick up tube clearance in the pan.

Unless you are independently wealthy I would forget all about boston, but it is worth the trip if you got the money. Me, myself, I went with an Alpine stereo because for the money it's the "best buy" for sound quality. If you wipe with 20's though, I would go with Alpine F1 status products...

If you are running more than stock boost, you should adjust the greddy bov to a harder setting so it will hold more boost. Does you turbo sound really loud? Could be a couple things: perhaps one of your intake pipes bursted/ certain clamp no longer surving its purpose, sounds like a boost leak...
