I was able to work with OHM-Racing, send them the Fusebox harness which they tested and came back with no issues.
Back to the drawing board, may just have to send this thing to someone so they can figure out this weird ass electrical issue.

The machine shop set the rings for me and when i asked what the ring gap is he stated that it is set for what i wanted.The machine shop is a highly recommended DSM machine shop in Orlando ( Obt Area ) but i was not feeling the customer service especially when you are spending a good chunk of change.
Not sure what the ring gap is, I plastigage all 4 rods and i am with in clearance.
My rod big end clearance for all 4 pistons is .25mm ( 0.010 ) which i believe is within spec.
With all 4 pistons in i can rotate the engine with a ratchet with not much force.

His response was that that the crank was polished and the crank could be ok. The crank has been measured for standard bearings. If I wanted a smooth journal I would have to cut or buy a new crank.

I got my crank back from the machine shop and i am noticing some mark / scratch on 2 of the journals.
