Yes, just tighten them or if you have lock tite put some. The car will not start if you dont have a CAS.if the bolt is still there, they why did it became like that???

DId you check your timing if its on time???

That bolt thats holding it should not have fell out. Those bolts have lock tight tread lockers. Just put the cover back and put a bolt on there. that should still be okay.

Might be BC cam shaft's. Pictures is really needed to help identify this.

Check your timing if its TDC. slightly off will cause it to do this, had this problem before.Get a timing light to check if its on time.

Did you bled the lifters before you put them back on?

Did you do a boost leak test already? Check your turbo for shaft play? Im pretty sure that you have a big boost leak somewhere. My car was like this when I first got it.

Do a boost leak test and focus on that 1 spot when it is bent. You'll be able to hear air coming out if its is leaking.

If you still have leaks you cant find, get likes a can thats filled up with colored smoke and you'll see where the leak is.(kinda like a spray can paint ) spray it inside the system and it shall leak out and show where the leak is.
