Simply put, a non-"turbo timed" water cooled turbo will last longer, and is more efficient, than a turbo timed non-"water cooled" turbo. Everyone should water cool there turbos, and there is no excuse on the 420a because the lines are pratically already routed for you.

Maybe you'll think twice about not using our easy to access cooling system...Just some food for thought.

Hey guys, thanks for the comments (this is my car in these pictures).My timing belt cover is off to make maintenance easier, and to monitor my timing belt. It's coated with a special belt conditioner every 6k miles to resist fluids. Does it have to be changed more frequently? Of course...

I won't buy any for my Talon if they say Eclipse, so be sure to cover both cars....and say no to neon.

It's actually 4.7 quarts (including the oil filter).

Mine is capped, and I use a breather filter (that I got in the rice section at autozone) to keep my intake free of oil.

It seems everyones better than each other these days.

Keep the bung on the lower portion of the pipe blocked, the bung near the throttle body goes to your valve cover (or you can block that too and put a breather filter on your valve cover, to help keep your intake clean).

Hey anyone having "problems" with the starter not disengageing soon enough, what brand starters do you have? I have a bosch and it gets spun to hell unless you just put the keys to start for under 1/2 a second.

Did you take the butterfly plate out when you ported it?Don't you need a bigger butterfly plate after you port it?

The look like it but they are easy to get to. Just get a flathead stubby screwdriver and push it down the side of the speakers and pry it out, it should pop out pretty easily. Then just release the harness and it's out.MB Quart Q's are awesome!
