I've always read to lube them lightly with engine oil. Not grease and def not moly lube.But you may be alright. Watch for leaks. Might want to crank it a few times without any spark.

Glowshift gauges are junk. Their boost gauge might be ok since its pretty simple.Autometer gauges are good so are Defi and Stack.You get what you pay for.
