I've got a new 90 amp alternator relocated. It has maybe an hour of run time. My voltage jumped to 15-18v. I actually have a log of when it took a crap. Could anything have caused this besides alternator regulator? I really don't want to remove the manifold again. Ugh...
Trying to start a fresh build today. I turn the key over and the pump kicks on. It doesn't kick on without the clutch in so my switch is good. No starter noise at all. I used a jumper wire and it engaged. What could be my issue? Nothing but a bad remote wire?

I cut out the stock flapper and installed an old valve. The valve fit awesome in the step of the casting. Ported out the hole to 1.200". If it don't work guess ill do the tried n true.
