The service you subscribe to is what you see after powerboost stops working. Powerboost basically "uncaps" the connection for files under 20MB down and 10MB up. after that size, it kicks down to your normal subscribed cap. The five actual tiers are 6Mbps, 8Mbps, 12Mbps, 16Mbps or 22Mbps...
