If you are talking about the ac/heater "box" then it is the same. As stated the compressor and brackets are different and most likely the connectors on the lines for the compressor. The wiring should be the same if not close enough for you to just splice them together. Hope that helps.

Well you should choose cams based on where you want your power to be at and your turbos flow sorta....well to just answer your question you can run your stock cams and be fine. They may not make as much power as upgraded cams will but if you chose poorly then they may. Hope this helps some at least.

Well I've never heard of porting your oil filter housing....I believe the factory oil system is plenty good enough for just about all power levels. What is your reasoning for the porting?

Yes cylinder 1 which is the closest one to the cam gears is also where injector one is located. So on and so forth until #4.

That head is just about exactly the same as the 2.0 except the ports. I also think the exhaust cam is different from the 61 exhaust cam but the intake cams are the same...can't remember exaclty but go to 4g61t.org and it'll tell you in there. Good luck.
