I have recently installed evo 8 cams in my 7 bolt 4g63t.The cams fit in the head.I've had he intake came machined to take the 2g CAS.The engine is timed correctly...spins free. Doesn't contact valves or pistons.The engine won't run. Any ideas?

I have a fuel leak off of my fuel rail. The return line leaks on after about 6 inches I lose the line can anyone show me a pic of the return line and where it goes? :thumb::dsm:
