I actually tried that the ghetto way and it worked. I did a few highway pulls with my A/C on just to keep the fan moving and there were no signs of melting. Granted, the blade I cut off made my car shake like crazy, it did seem to stop the melting. That's why I want to use that toggle switch...

Damn and all this time I never thought about doing a 2gb talon bumper swap because I thought I would need new headlights...I've always liked the look of the 2gb talon bumper on a 2ga, the only thing I don't like is the big ugly eagle stamped into it. I much prefer the badge.
