The best part is like someone stated is you have two cars to get parts from. The other person stated you can also scrap the old shell or sell it for some cash back. Just remember, keep as many of the parts that break more frequently so you don't have to source them out later.
He said it stops happening when the clutch goes in or stops accelerating, my guess wouldn't be the tires out of balance. If you keep it in 4th all the way does it still shake?
Dude, it's off by WAY more than 9% all it does is read narrow band readings. That's 2v's not 5. They are USELESS, the word useless means they don't tell you anything. It's not needed and it's not 9% off I promise you that.
Since the turbo you have is a t3/t4 setup, you probably have a t3 manifold, you will also need a stock DSM manifold to get a DSM flanged turbo to bolt up.
You can test it on the VC, blow into it, if it doesn't go through, you're good. If it does you need a new check valve. Then suck on it, if it opens with some force your good.
There can be, lifters that aren't properly bled before install can cause valves to stick open and so forth, ask me how I know. Get a compression tester out and make sure everything is ok.
FWD cars can be fun, just remember there is going to be a lot of issues with spinning doing anything crazy with it. If the block is warped, just pull everything and send the block to the machine shop. It shouldn't cost that much to deck and clean it.
Looks good, but I myself would have gone with plastidip so you can change the color whenever. I've plastidipped wheels before and never had an issue with it coming off.
Except for the fact that I've seen TONS of eclipses with the same front bumper and wing that you have. There is no such thing as different unless it's a one off custom. Just remember that.
Just to throw this out there, but when you have an oil leak, look for the CLEANEST area around the leak, and that is where your leak is coming from. Find that, and you will find your oil like.
These pulley's you speak of are garbage. They actually do more harm then good. Google will give you some insight on this. Under drive pulleys have a lot of issues with under charging the charging system and making the alternator's go bad, and we already have issues with those from the factory.
That's the best rear setup ever lol. I wish I didn't have the high and had that instead. Or the big FMIC sitting in my grill... people just see it and don't like to play.
Do a boost leak test, if you have a leak, or multiple leaks, fix the leak. If it still happens you're probably hitting fuel cut because you have the boost turned up too high.
