    This may sound like a stupid question. But did you take the little rubber piece out of the intake pipe when you installed it on your compressor housing? My friend forgot to remove it and he sucked it right in to the compressor housing and complete trashed his compressor wheel.

    Thanks for the info.....I'll definately will check the turbo...And it held the 18psi for over 30 seconds, even with the small leak... I will of course do another boost leak test after replacing the gasket. But I think that you guys are more on the right track as far as the turbo goes.....I guess...

    So I finally got the gasket in. I did a 3rd gear pull and pulled 11 psi and built it a lot faster :D . So I tried to turn up the boost. And all i could get was 10 psi out off it no matter how hard I tried :mad: . but it does still build it faster. So I need to do another boost leak test right...

    Well, there is a huge boost leak. The gasket between the j-pipe and the turbo is completely blown. So I'm going to replace the gasket and do another boost leak test, and see if that fixes it. I think that was the problem and not really anything to do with the wastegate. When we did the boost...

    I know that I was just saying that I replaced the line that had a tear in it. even with the boost controler screw all the way in I ca only get about 11 psi.......and it still builds really slowly. :mad: I think the wastegate maybe the problem....still have to boost leak test it.Thanks

    It was like that when i bought it. I don't have a spare maf.... :( At least not a spare 1g maf.....I was worried about that.....(the dirt in the maf).....so it's MAF......intake pressure.....and ecu......grrrrrr :mad:

    I did check the MAf, but I didn't really see anything physically wrong with it. It did however have some dirt on the maf....caked on I just cleaned it off. SO yes that may be bad I guess. Haven't checked the ecu, but will on tuesday....Maybe today if I get bored enough.Will reply soon...
