Actually come to find out my front pump is messed up. I pulled the lines going to the cooler and no pressure at all.

Make sure the coolant temp sensor is hooked up and you are getting a reading. If its not the car will be a pain to start because the ecu can't tell what to do with a cold start. May not be the issue but I just had the same problem with my junk!

Extremepsi! Go under oem parts and nuts bolts. You can buy them single if you want

Change you firing order and in dsmlink (if you have it) select non 95-96 stock CAS

Make sure your CAS isn't 180 degrees out! Just went through the same thin on my 2g with a 1g head

Just an FYI! FP is I the process of redesigning one of there hot sides to Bol up to te HX35. This hotside will be a bolt on .69 A/R housing. Didn't know I knew about this yet but I'm hiding off on the new housing for my set up

You can pickup a nice set of Megan coil overs which are great. They have a lot of adjustability for dampness and Lucan adjust the ride height to right where you want it.

Personally I would only run oem. Be careful with reman cranks bc they are normally cut .010 to .030 under causing you to run oversized bearings, so checking your clearances is a must. Also need to be careful when buying a cut crank that not much material is taken off bc there is a certain...

Do you have a wideband to see what your Afr's are doing? Also check for small boost leaks.

Make sure you have good fuel pressure. If you spark and you are getting air then you need fuel. It could also be a cas sensor or something not timed right.

I have a set f comp 101200 cams and they are pretty lopy. What is your idle set at. Higher idle less lop but if its too low the car will also want to stall out

From past experience I would take your stuff to get machined from a place that has experience in dsm type engines. I had a horrible encounter this past summer with getting my stuff machined. I'm getting ready to start a build tread that will go over the trouble I had with a local shop.

We never ran E85 in that car but we did in a lot of 35r and 37r built evos and I was very impressed with the power we were able to pull out of them. E85 is good stuff, I would love to run it in my DD but its s till hard to find over this way.

It was on a dynojet, Q16 fuel, and spool was not bad. We drove the car on the street a good bit and it was pretty responsive IMO.

That is a narrow band and they are junk and don't read correctly. What you need is a AEM UGO wideband. This displays the cars actual raw air/fuel ratio so you know if its lean or rich. Ecmlink v3, wideband, boost controller, boost and oil psi gauges. Also if you have a 255 pump you ma need a fuel pressure regulator. The 255 hp will overrun your stock regulator and your fuel pressure can bounce around making tuning a headache!

Translators are horrible for tuning. If you can't dsmlink then I would pickup a safc and just zero out the translator. Check ## Afr's and start taking fuel out where you need to with the safc. You can probably find a couple safc's for cheap. I think I even have a few laying around from past...

Sounds like the clutch disk must have been seriously glazed over one point in time for it to slip that bad. When you are able to get it to drive (move) have you tried to get into boost and see what it does. If it is slipping that bad then as soon as the car starts to make some power your rpms...

i had a 16g that did the same thing... its really no big deal other then u sound like u have one helll of a exhaust leak at idle. But it wont result in power loss or nething of that nature
