get some Ground Control coil overs with some Koni.

replaced upper and lower control arms with tubular arms and heim joints. these are adjustable. did the same with the front sway bar. it has some adjustment to it.

Attach the sway bar to the trailing arm.

I built PBR calipers front and rear with 12-inch vented rotors for well under 1000 dollars. I used all new parts. I have read that Archer brothers use PBR calipers for their race car as an upgrade.

there is a write up on Ford mustang PBR brake swap. Best bang for the buck.

try checking the Moog catalog by application. get these at most parts stores.

adjust roll center when lowered.

did my control arm a little different. I have extended screw in ball joints and sold rear bushings.

I did things a little different. I got a new control arm and installed threaded upper ball joints from a dodge. from different race suppliers you can get different lengths ball joints.

as you can see, I have a ST rear bar. I installed it to the trailing arm instead of the lower control arm.

did you make them? been wanting to make a set.

had to make a spacer for my fuel rail. lost it somewhere in the engine compartment. 

Lisle tools makes a socket to hold the shock. is is a d shape socket.

just guessing but disconnect the upper and the sway bars and see what happens.

can someone show a picture or name a manufacture that has a 2 or 4 piston caliper with an E brake ?

try looking at a bushing company from someone like NAPA. check the measurement to see if any will fit.

a number of possibilities. worn parts, alignment or a brake caliper hanging up.

the Corvette rotor is 12"x .750 vented rotor. the reason I picked this rotor was because it was within a mm offset of the factory rotor.

This my set up for the rear 92 Talon. I used a rotor from a 96 Corvette with a PBR 96 Corvette caliper. It has an E brake.

I have PBR front calipers with a 2-piece rotor. I also have PBR/96 Corvette caliper with a 12" vented rotor in the rear.

I would get a set of Evo factory wheels with a set of 245x40x17 tires. I think the factory off set and the quality of factory wheels are best. check my profile of modds. it might give you some ideas. Rick

do you have a copy of the alignment before and after?

I installed a PBR 96 Corvette caliper with a 12 inch 96 Corvette rotor. It has a bult in E brake. I think I did a writeup a few years ago here.

they are good factory wheels. you must check but I think they have all the same offset.

I use Evo wheels for proper offset.

I just installed a shifter from a 3000gt. seems to work OK.

the steel bushing has been working fine for year with no wear. Ray Peters gave me the idea.

I prefer my Bilstein struts and shocks with Ground Control springs and camber caster plates. Check out Dennis Grants web page. you could also use Konis .

I would go to the junk yard and see what might fit. I would look at Chevy pickup front bars. they come in 7/8 15/16 1" 1 1/8 and 1 14. the guy that races the yellow car years ago had a 1 1/4 rear bar

would never use wheel spacers for my car. I would use the proper fitted wheels

I did something a little different. I made a bracket to the trailing arm and attached the sway bar link to the trailing arm. I made the link from 2 3/8 hiem joint with a small center sleeve to adjust the needed length

What I did for the rear of my 92 Talon, I installed 96 PBR/ Corvette calipers. It has a built in E-brake. I used a 12 " rotor of the 96 Corvette. I have had it on the car for years with no problems. I think I did a write up on it years ago Rick

very nice work. I made my own bushings on my hobby lathe. 1 suggestion I installed heim joints to the cable ends instead of brass bushings. I have a write up on this modd on this sight. Rick

if you have bent parts, replace them and bring it back to the shop. Don't try to patch suspension parts

I will try to post more photos. I think the rear might work also. there we could have 3/4 sold, 15/16 sold 1" tubular and 1" sold

I just picked up a 3000gt front sway bar. It is "13/16 diameter bar. If it does we will have a choice of 3/4 13/16 1" and 1 1/8" bars. I will keep you posted if they are a fit.

is there any information of a build thread for this car?

My new addition to my shop is a Jet 1336 lathe. I rebuilt it with new bearings and seals. Working much better than the Logan I had.
