I finally got the problem. Piston slap (all four). That's the risk of buying a "build" used short block. Before installing the head I checked the pistons and weren't any play. That's a lesson learned for me.

Since your running at high boost levels, I would recommend you to go for an AFPR. If you're going to install a Fuel pressure gauge with the AFPR, look for the liquid filled gauge. You can get one very cheap at slowboyracing.com

Go for the ACT2600 instead of the 2100. 550cc injectors are ok for that turbo. No need for high flow fuel rail, just get a fuel pressure regulator (Aeromotive maybe).
My best choices up to now: FP3052 ($1299) if you can afford it (you'll need 660cc injectors). The BR20G ($950) spools very fast (550cc injectors needed). Other choices SBR GT turbos, PTE GT turbos (they can custom make GT30 for $1250 which fits on the 2G exhaust manifold)
