68HTA is very impressive but for the price its not worth what you get. Twice as expensive as an Evo 3 16g for 8lb/min more air flow (can't remember exactly how much more it flows with out looking it up). Especially if you are just going for 350hp, no reason to go for the 68HTA.
Floor pan swap is probably going to be the hardest part of this swap, definitely should think about geting a 1g donor car so you have everything you need, good luck sir keep us posted.

You definitely don't want to be dumping directly on to your lower intercooler pipe. I would suggest to buying a piece of exhaust tubing and angling the outlet of the dump away from that pipe.

I'm not sure what you are looking for either bud but if you search for 3in down pipes with electric cut outs you can see some slick setups. I was planning on running a setup like that with the stock catback so you cruise in silence but open up for track use or for fun on the street.

Also you should check your clutch slave cylinder and the master cylinder, I put an OEM clutch in my car recently and the original slave cylinder crapped out shortly after. Check to see if its leaking fluid inside the boot of the slave cylinder.
Well good luck with raising the hp on your 1.8. I had one in high school with exhaust, intake, ported and milled head and I increased the timing and ran 91 octane gas and it was still fairly slow. I suggest check out this website, its got a lot of useful information.

If you have removed the caliper from the mount behind the rotor you should be able to use a hammer and a chunk of 2x4 to tap around the backside of the rotor and it should pop off. Sorry didn't realize that you had a 2g, I have not had experience with them.
Go to vfaq.com and on there it tells you how to make one there pretty simple. All they basically are is a silicone coupler with a pvc end cap in one end with a bicycle valve in the end of it. You clamp it on to your intake side of your turbo and fill it up with an air compressor to what ever psi...
Do you have a upgraded fuel pump or any fuel mods? If your boosting 18 psi on stock fuel with cams you should be hitting fuel cut pretty hard. You should definitely check your intake system for boost leaks that could be a big problem with your spool up issues.
I don't think either of those will work because the 420a is a completely different motor and the evo motors are 180 degrees opposite of ours 4g63s. They have there cam gears and belts/pulleys etc. on the passenger side and I would assume they have slightly different water passages in the head...
Definately research everything about your car man, it will stop you from making stupid mistakes. I installed my 255 pump wrong and ended up shorting out my ECU.
Slick wheels man they will look good, and the perfect size too. I don't belive you can go to much wider specially if your car is lowered without rubbing.
Another thing to check is the the connection from the MAF to the engine harness. On my 1.8 some how I bent one of the prongs on the MAF connection when I was changing the filter and it ran like shit till I figured out what was the problem.
