Hey guys, sorry couldn't make the Hershey show, my car was down but it will definitely be ready for the York show, I'll probably enter it if they have a street class, hopefully a bunch of guys go to the show.
Is anyone going to motorama and tunerwars next weekend? I've been to the last three of them and the shows always seemed like they were lacking something. I'm very happy that they brought the imports back to carlisle though, it should be a good time.
Exactly, enough said, there's no way there worth the money, they may look like HID's to some but the light output won't even be close to the silver stars, let alone real HID's
It looks like they are having server problems. The ebay projectors will only work if you retrofit HID projectors into them, because those are made for a halogen bulb so you will still have a glare issue.

here's a how to on retrofitting...
If you want to do it right you have to do a retrofit, which means you will need a set of H.I.D. projectors to put these bulbs in. Notice the nice clean cutoff line on the Evo pictured above. If you put HID's in your stock halogen housings all you will get is a bunch of glare and no light...
I have the Evo3 O2 and with my apexi 3" downpipe it hit the transfer case and caused the rear flange on the cat back to hit the drive shaft whenever you would back up. This rubbing eventually led to one of the back hangers on the muffler to break off. I recently put the RRE 3" downpipe on and...
Those type of bulbs might look bright but they won't give very much light output at all. There is too much coloring on the glass to give nice output and the beam pattern will just be scattered. The silverstars might be yellower per say but will definitely be brighter than them.
Yeah that's a photoshop. There was a thread a couple of months ago where a guy, can 't remember his screen name right now, did that. The fender flares do look very nice though :thumb: , they flow very well with the car, hopefully when they start production on this kit it turns out that nice.
That intercooler looks nice for a side mount, but you just cant beat the look of the front mount. I would like to hear someone's review of it on a daily driver.
I've used a SS turbo to exhaust manifold gasket for about a year now and haven't had any problems gettin out the bolts, and I'm still using the factory bolts/stud with my EvoIII.
:nono: There is no way we could possibly predict your HP or 1/4 mile times. HP would depend on how well the car is tuned, what type of dyno you are on, air temperature, etc... And as far as your 1/4 time, that is all dependent on how well you can drive. It would not be helpful for us to try to...
Be careful about gettin Nokya lights, I hit a deer with my car this past winter and the body shop put Nokya lights to replace the piaa's I had in there. The bulbs had so much coating on them the light output was horrible :notgood: Just make sure whatever bulb you decide to get doesn't have a...
http://www.gaugepods.com/ You can try these guys, I have gotten a couple of pods from them and they were always of top quality. If the pod you want isn't listed try contacting them, they will make pretty much whatever you want.
I have the N1 down pipe with cat delete and the 3" cat back system, very high quality and the sound is amazing, best sounding exhaust for a turbo dsm imo. :thumb: Definitely worth every penny
I have a 97 gsx dd, stock bottom end with 135,000 on it, and have had no problems with crankwalk, and I get about 23-24mpg out of her, thats with all the mods in my profile, so you should be fine. You'll never regret buying it.
