Definitely do NOT start at 28psi during a break in, start at a max of 10psi you have to make sure everything is working properly before you push your setup to the max. Also i wouldn't ever take a new engine or any for that matter to 8k RPMs.gl

So if it indeed does raise FP 12psi for every 1psi in the manifold. Isnt there a max psi injectors are work at, meaning too much psi they dont work right...they talked about this on the 3SI forums

Ya besides the TPS being around 71% open, everything looks good..your timing is almost perfect..should try get everything as close to 15 as you can without going under...so in the higher rpms you can lean it out a very small amount(i would fix the cable and do a WOT run...things might change)
because if your were to line up the timing marks perfect. then pull the pin out of the tensonoir the exhaust cam is goin to move. so now your ONE tooth off..so what your doing is off setting it, so when it does move when the pin is pulled out of the tensonoir its now lined up...make sure your...
the zex kit doesnt tap into the vacuum line to BUMP up the fuel to make up for it....its there for saftey...if it reads low vacuum or any problems with your fuel setup it shuts down so you dont screw anything up. thats why they call there kit the saftest...other kits dont read anything its ether...

you can run 15psi easy.. Hot wire your current fuel pump. Youll be safe. you could run a little higher psi on race gas if you wanted to. I suggest you get some sort of way to data log, that way you know for sure instead of guessing. everycar is diff.also i would suggest replacing your fuel...
When you swap from the side mount to the front mount and leave your psi seting the same i.e 20psi. I dont think youll be able to hit that same psi. youll havta turn up the boost a little to get your 20psi back. (more of a volume to fill) Also alot of people report that a FMIC gives them the most...

most people dont get them to prevent clogging. they get them to get rid of lifter tick. My 3000gt had some INSANE lifter tick. People often mistaked it for a rod knock. Was funny to hear that though because the cam spins quicker than the crank. gotta love smart people :)

How are you tunning right now? by guessing and the sound of your motor?. You need some Sort of logging device to know your timming advance, 02 voltage, knock sum. Those are the most important things to look at on a logger when tuning fuel, That and an EGT gauge is very helpful.

its not the fact that there burnin up...they fall apart. i have them installed on my fuel pump hot wire, nitrous arm and liquid to air intercooler pump. Maybe its cause im switchin em too much or going to hard on them..who knows?!?
