well isnt oil white when it burns, its a brand new turbo

And why would that make it smoke ,like its rich??

yes i have balance shafts in, how would oil from the housing make it smoke black??

its zerod out, ya pickn up new ones, but they keep fouling out every few min . bov is recirculated, oil coming from oil housing, with braided steel line..., im going 2 put a 14b on it and see what happends

well switched out injectors,and it still pushes black smoke, sounds like it skipping a little. should i do anything with the afc 2 help it

i have a 50 trim, so with the stock injectorsit wont boost 2 much,, not concerned with that i just want 2 drive it

ok have the new plugs in and the afc connected its zero'd out..A it idles good around 800- 1000.,should i change out the inj 2 the 450's???

afc isnt hooked up, it can be in few min,it was uplugged,cause i wasnt sure what was wropng with the car and still dont,lol..plugs were gaped .28. they smell like gas....stock pump...........idles like shit and still smokes....turbo is new zero miles

well i put the 450 in and change the bov around so it recirculating, and its still smoking black

the bov is vented and I cleaned the throttle body, I even got a diff throttl ebody for it.. coolant temps are new.... have new plugs, lol I know the mpi relays are clicking when it idles high, and i have 2 sets. I have 850 fic in now and im puttin the 450s back in..Also have a 50 trim (g50)...

I have a 96 tsi. I did a boost leak check and got all the leaks done. When I start the car up it running rich with black smoke , then it will idle real high like 3k for few seconds and then stop, maken the car almost want stall, Have no clue what it is.. During that time the check engine light...

i have a 96 tsi awd. when i start the car it idles and then it loads up or rev. it will load up or rev for a few seconds and then idle normal again. while its idling there is black smoke coming from exhaust. while it loads up there is nothing. have no clue what it is. while its loading up there...

Is it a pita to tune

We pulled one plug to check for spark and thier was none. I bought a new battery, and I charge it to make sure it fully charged. I have 3 coil packs the 1g is different than the 2g, soI dont use that one at all. But I have 2g coils, we checked the and the are 12.6 ohms on each coil.

I have a 1996 Eagle Talon tsi awd. I bought it for a 1,000 with a crap load of parts. I ended up putting in a 7 bolt back in it. ( was going to do the 6 bolt swap) , I got it all together and tried to start it. All it would do is turn over. But no start. So I ended up getting a (CPS) and still...

I'm swapping my 7 bolt for a 6 bolt, but I wanted to put a 2g head on the 6 bolt, will this change the compression of the block?? Or my better off keeping the 1g head on?? thanks alex

How many wires do you need to hook up to the bc?

bcs would be boost controll sensor correct

Its not any different than having a warranty on a new car, If something breaks on the car ,after the warranty is over with , should the dealship should just fix the car because you paid this amount for it...umm NO, So send it back this winter,and be done with it....Im sure thier will be other...

It will be mostly drag........But i have an auto fwd and its very slow, even tho i have some good modds done to it :sneaky:

So if u were going to rebuild a head most people would use a 1gen ,because it flows better than a 2gen,correct? .....

I read somewhere that the bottom end is good to about 400 hp :thumb:

the easiest way to find out where the knock is ,cut the end of a wooden broom handle,start the car and take it put it up to the engine, ,put ur ear on the end of it and listen,move it around to different spotts, u will be able to hear where the knocking is coming from ,good luck :thumb:
