yo i need help i have a 1g turbo and i was told i could stick it on a 2g what manifold will i need and does it need to be customized

hey mine is bad too and someone told me that i have to replace the throttle body with do i really need to do that

i have never seen or heard of anything bigger then a 19

does anyone know if it is posselbe to take a 1g 14b turbo and use a 2nd gen exhaust manifold. cuz i have a 95 talon esi and my friend gave me his 14b, so what exhaust manifold would fit on my car with the 420a and a 1g turbo.
