Anyone do this mod with a lowered 1g? It's supposed to help retain stock steering geometry on a lowered car. What are your thoughts on this? Any noticable improvements? Thanks.

I was going with a big rod/2g piston combo, but for a little more, I can go forged. I can get Wiseco's and Ross' for the same price. Which ones do you recommend for a daily driver? Any input is appreciated.
I'm on the fence right now whether or not to do oversized valves. I'm shooting for 450 whp and know that I can do this with a stock 1g head however, I'm not the best tuner in the world so every little bit counts. What are the gains one can achieve with oversized valves vs. standard size ones...
