Stock internals can handle that. I've been running 30 psi through the stock 7 bolt for years. My old 91 oct and meth setup was running 30 psi and 17* timing, flowing 52lbs/min. You need to do alot of homework on tuning. Good luck
You CAN use a NON LSD axle as a donor for the tripod bearing. You just need to remove the snap ring and transer bearings. I just had to deal with this issue. Cheers!
Pull the head. Remove all the copper spray residue on the block , Get a MITSUBISHI MLS hg and do it right . This is what happens when you cut corners, and use crap parts. Make sure the head is finished to a 40 RA or better.

sucks to be in that crowd. i remember the first time i was out there when i was 13 or 14, and was fun at the time, but having a speed contest ticket is not worth all that hassle, plus ending up crashing which i saw numerous cars face was a pretty bad tradeoff at the end
i have my ways when that time comes. I took the FMIC off when i had the ref ticket because i threw the t25 on and the piping i made for it is configured for a green setup, plus the bov is flanged for a greddy type s, so it wouldnt work. Ive already handled the exhaust part of the car.

My headliner turned into a tent and i wasnt too happy with it. Interior shops wanted anywhere from $150 - $300 to re-do it, so i said fucc it, and handled the job myself.What do you think?

I wouldve been on the dyno if the shop i was paying to store my motor there hadn't been evicted and screw me and LOTS of others out of cars/motors/pay checks.Now im just going to run the 7 bolt until it gives.I will for sure dyno next year and give some evos a run for thier money...
I have a punishment o2 eliminator housing with the v band flange setup. I had to modify it alot to make it bolt up, I wasnt too happy about that since you pay for something that is supposed to be bolt on.
Really CA?????...Being a resident of CA for 21 years i can beg to differ that we offer 93 at our pumps. Race gas( 100 oct) may be available a some stations but premium is 91 out here.
^^^o-rings is overkill and you are already going a good route. You just have to make sure the block and head are machined to 50RA or better for the felpro. toss some ARP L19's or A1 tech's headstuds and you are good to go.

Yeah i know, but the fact that if mr piggy has to decide weather a flat black manifold is stock compared to a mirror polished one, im geting the upperhand. im going to focus on keeping the build very stealth. And having all the emissions solenoids on the firewall is going to be a plus.

Yeah, I used the TSX projectors in the retro fit. I was glad there was no damage to the projectors itself, but the headlight cover was fucced! So the TSX projecotrs found a new home since the first time i did the retrofit back in 06
