You don't have to machine the shaft seal bore in order to use turbo shaft seals. I rebuilt a N/T throttle body and used turbo seals and it sealed just fine.

You could also use longer screws like I did and just JB-Weld the screws to the door. Just a little drop of j-b weld held mine in even when the speakers rattled the door to its death. lol it is quite easy to take that little drop off too with a file.
