I am debating on wether to get a Pacesetter turbo header or find a used 2g ported manifold. I have heard good things about both but wanted some good inside advise before i make a purchase. The bottom line is one or the other is going to get purchased, my stock mani cracked almost in half.

Yeah E931 oops,Thanks for the bin file, when i try to open the bin in TP it doesnt do anything. I click File, Open bin and select the bin and nothing happens. ???BTW Im using version 4.14

Check your BOV, if you are using any sort of aftermarket BOV it may be leaking under boost. My freind had the same problem a few days ago, he had a knock off SSQV. The BOV would whistle like a supercharger under boost. The diaphram had seperated inside the BOV without warning. If possible hold...
Post a pic of the turbo. T04B...20g wheel...doesnt sound right at all. Unless the housing is a from a TO4B turbo and it has a 20g wheel, but im not sure of that. I wouldnt jump in and buy any turbo that I wasnt sure about. If you are going to be auto-X'ing anything bigger than a 16g will hurt...
This also depends on what calipers are replaced. Since you are Doing only one of the rears, bleeding just that caliper will be fine. If you were to break either of the lines in the front you SHOULD bleed the entire system starting from the furthest caliper away from the Master Cylinder then work...
You can feel the air pushing out of the BOV where it vents out into the atmosphere, the welds on the flange are fine. I guess the cheap SSQVs have shown thier weakness. It was a brand new BOV too.

The Azenis are good tires. Very big in the Auto-X world. I would reccomened either those or some Hankook Ventus Rs2 Z212. These RS2's are really sticky and grab very well, the tread wear is low but since you wont be driving it everyday or in the rain i one of these two tires would be good.
