timing is good, compression is 190 across. i dont have a boostleak tester at the moment but i dont think a boost leak would cause it to be like this because i can still drive it and rev it high. i switched out plugs and wires with my friends and still same result.

you've been given more than enough info to make an informative decision man. like everyone says, unless your planning to rev past 8k and to the moon then you should be ok. but having the upgraded springs wouldn't hurt.
edwin, how much power does the fftec sticker put out? i know for a fact the i-vtec stickers will give u that killer 3rd gear vtackkk pull! i kid i kid..lol
I think the symborski shift kit is overrated. my bushings weren't bad to begin with but I had to see what they hype is all about. it was loud and made the shifter clunky. I prefer the stock or urethane. it shifts smoother than the symborski does.

u sure its great? I got their uicp for my 1g and its crap. the bov flange bent when I tried to installed the bov cus the aluminum material they use is too soft. same goes for the tb flange. so I just tossed it. worst 100 bucks I've ever spent. I'm sure their fmic kit piping uses the same...
555s are crap. I had 225/50/15 bfgs and they were great. I ran them at about 14psi or so. it does feel like an awd..haha! I got consistent 2.1 60fts on ebay coilovers and stock shocks..lol
I duno if I can say this in these forums but I ordered the punishment 1g uicp and that thing is as soft as JELLO. when I tried to mount the bov to it, the flange bent. when I tried to mount the tb elbow to the tb, the flange on that bent as well! and I'm sure their fmic kit uses the same...
ets looks good. but if you want to save a bit money, go with ssac 2g kit. have the driverside endtank flipped if you want to use it for a 1g. my friend has made over 400awhp on a mustang dyno with a 35r.

thanks guys. fixed it. had to drop the turbo and everything. it turned out that the o-ring was bad so when i was prying it out with a screw driver, it broke off a bit. after it was out i bent it and it started cracking all around. i got an extra oring from a friend and that seemed to have solved...

I bought 7bolt arp head studs intending to use this head just to find out most of the manifold stud holes are stripped, so I want a new head. so if I want a 6bolt head I'd need 6bolt head studs?(easier heads to find than 1g 7bolts)
