Just to throw in my 2 cents...I have a ceramic coated pace setter mani on my car with a 20g and it has'nt gave me any issues(knock on wood). It's been on my car now for about 5 years now.

Yes I have adjustable cam Gears, found out the hard way that it didn't have a plate, so I had to drill a plate onto it. Still no spark

How do I turn the CAS? it's bolted to the CAM gear.

They're both brand new. Of course that doesn't mean that their not defective, but I would bet that they're good.

Hooked up DSMLink; no CEL present.

Correct. Plugs have the proper gapping.

Done. Verified all triangular connections are plugged into their correct mate; grounds are solid; all other plugs are plugged in correct; sensors are plugged it. Just installed new CAS and CPS, those are good.

No, when I pull the pin out it expands instantly.

I don't think the valves are bent because the cams rotate fine when the #1 piston is anything but TDC. Everything else looks good.

Tried to wiggle the rocker arms and 2 on the intake and 2 on the exhaust side move alittle, but seems like the only reason the move is because the cam lobes aren't pushing on them. Is this correct or are the valves bent?

Took the valve cover off- springs are clean and free from any foreign objects.I had the caps lubed and torqued to 15lbs.With the caps torqued down and TB off the crank turns now with no issue, it just won’t turn with the belt on. (cams won’t move)
