    Looks like you've tried the same mods I have. Unless you have $1700 for the Cusco center diff a front LSD will help for power on cornering, and stiffer rear springs with a ratio like 400/350 f/r or 350/300 will help on the fast turns. Your AGXs won't like them but they are likely to blow soon...

    GCs are just ok but you need a shock that matches the spring rates. Koni yellows are ok, Bilstein inserts are better and be revalved. When you figure all the time and money involved trying out springs, revalving shocks etc. if I had to go through this again I would buy Bilstein based Hot-Bits...

    Yes but the new springs hug the strut so you can cut away the stock perch. I think they all use 2.5" ID springs. I could have mounted 17x8 w 45 offset easily.

    Yeah any sleeve type coilover. I got 8" long front springs which was too tall so I had to cut the stock perch down in order to drop the sleeve to get the height I wanted. This gave me much more room for wider rims or more offset.

    I've read this several times and I'd like to nail it down. Will using FWD front knuckles improve AWD handling? What are the differences if any? I've searched several boards on this but came up blank everytime.

    You'll have a choice of TBs. I've seen an Accufab 70mm that leaked like a MFer. You could feel the air coming out of both sides of the shaft with your hand during a pressure test. It might have been a bad one but you should be aware.

    If they don't reseat properly it throws the alignment and corner weights off. I know of a local guy that drilled holes in the hats and safetywired the top of the springs into place.

    I'm not familiar with 2Gs so I can't help you with installation but I know this, GC won't take them back if there are scratches on the inside of the springs. So if you drive with them you own them.

    I ran a pressure test because of slow spooling. I can feel the air rushing out of the butterfly shaft on the linkage side with my hand. The pressure drops from 20 psi to 0 in 3-4 seconds. Suggestions?

    Since it requires 17" wheels to clear the rotors, get a Cobra spare wheel while your at it. The tire is a bit too tall but the spare from an 04 Subaru STi, Bridgestone 135-70-17 is the right diameter. Saves you from changing two tires if you get a front flat.

    When you drop a car you get less wheel travel as someone already stated. So you need to run much stiffer spring rates to keep the car from bottoming. AGX have poor high speed damping so they cant handle those high springs rates and the cause the car to bounce on even the slightest highway...
